DELORIS BEADNELL

Deloris Ellen Beadnell, 91, of Amsterdam, Ohio passed away March 1, 2025 at her home. She was born February 21, 1934 in Toronto, Ohio a daughter of the late Freeman and Jennie (Harris) Shannon. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilmer Beadnell; daughter, Esther Hassan; granddaughter, Shariefah Hassan; grandson, Robert Beadnell; brothers, Jess Shannon, Elmer Shannon, and Harley Shannon; sisters, Mary Peterson, Edna Striker, Hazel Shannon, Doris McTheny, and Louise Kestner.

She is survived by her three sons, Gerald Beadnell, James Beadnell and Brian Beadnell; grandchildren, Ashley (Zach) Martin, Gerald Jr. (Michelle) Beadnell, Andria and Allison Beadnell, Julie and Ray McLaughlin, Jeff (Ang) Beadnell, and Mohammed Hassan; great-grand children, Jonathan McLaughlin, Dustin Beadnell, Mylee Martin, and Bailee Beadnell; many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 285 Second Street, Bergholz on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 from 11 AM – 1 PM. Funeral services will follow at 1 PM with Pastor Mark Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Bergholz Cemetery.
