CARL MILLER

He was born October 6, 1950, in Follansbee, WV to the late Earl Wilson and Hilda Maxine Coen Miller. He was a retired electrician for Centre Foundry, was a Worthy Patron member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and Past Master and 32nd Degree member of the Wellsburg Masonic Lodge AF&AM No. 2, Northern Panhandle Osiris Shrine, and Tin Lizzy, and Scottish Rite.

He is survived by his, son Jeff Miller (Carrie) of Follansbee, WV, daughter Joy Michelle Delebreau (Ryan) of Marietta, OH, brother Rex Miller Sr. (Brenda), sister June Henthorn (Chris) all of Wellsburg, WV, four grandchildren Kevin and Andrew Walnoha, Zoey and Gabriella and Miller, companion Cindy Benedict.

Visitation will take place on Monday, March 17, 2025, from 6-8 p.m. at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg, WV. Funeral service March 18, 2025, at 11a.m. with the Masonic Honors by the Wellsburg Masonic Lodge AF&AM No.2. Interment will follow at Kadesh Chapel Cemetery, Wellsburg, WV.
