JANE YOUNG

Mrs. Jane Louise Young, 83, formerly of State Park Road, Richmond passed from this life on Thursday, 25 April at Hospice in Hazel Green Alabama.

She was born 19 November 1940, in Steubenville the daughter of the late Lewis Francis and Mary Evelyn (Davis) Brown of State Park Road, Richmond. In addition she is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Charles William Young, and a sister Sue Ann (Brown) Boyd.

Jane was a 1958 graduate of Steubenville Big Red High School. She was a life-long member of the Richmond United Methodist Church. Jane was an accomplished musician and played both piano and organ at several houses of worship in the area.

She is survived by a son Steven (Fritzie) Young of Huntsville, Alabama; a daughter Beth Ann (Todd) Hayden of Prospect, Pennsylvania; and three grandchildren Sevilla Young and Ryan and Shane Hayden.

Jane will be sadly missed by family and friends and will be received Monday from 6-8 PM and Tuesday from 6-8 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Road, Wintersville where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, at 11am with Pastor Tom Scott officiating. Burial will follow at the Richmond Union Cemetery.
