CECILIA FUSCARDO
Cecilia Ann “Toolie” Fuscardo, 92, of Weirton, WV, passed away on April 15, 2024
Born in Steubenville, OH, on July 7, 1931, she was the youngest of four children born to Walter and Mary Warzinski Lemsky, Sr.
In addition to her parents, Toolie was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Joseph Fuscardo, Sr.; her sister, Irene Cummings, and her two brothers, Raymond Lemsky and Walter “Sid” Lemsky, Jr.
She is survived by her son, Anthony J. “Tony”Fuscardo, Jr. (Toni); her daughters, Roseann Llewellyn (Steven) and Vickie Chappell (Ken Smith); her four grandchildren, and five great grandchildren
Per Cecilia’s request her funeral services will be private.
