William L. “Bill” Smythe, 82, of Brilliant, OH, passed away peacefully Friday March 15, 2024 at Weirton Medical Center.
Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home 712 Third St., Brilliant, OH, on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. His funeral service will start at 7:00 p.m. with Military Honors by the Brilliant American Legion then funeral services by Kenny Kourim, Jr.
