William “Bill” P. Koniski, 72, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on Sunday March 3, 2024 as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Bill was born in Steubenville, Ohio on December 27, 1951 a son of the late Stanley & Verna Poprik Koniski.
