THERESA REESE
Theresa S. Marker Reese, 96, of Steubenville died Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Gables Care Center. She was born May 27, 1927 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late Joseph and Angeline Romano Esposito. She is also preceded in death by her first husband Kenneth Marker; second husband John Reese; one son Carl Marker; brother Anthony Esposito; sisters Rose McDonald, Josephine Toricelli, Betty Nelson and great granddaughter Chelsea Hudson.
Theresa was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church. She was also a 65 year member of the Ohio Order of the Eastern Star, Unionport Chapter 360.
Surviving are three sons Danny (Darian) Marker, Kenneth (Linda) Marker Sr. and Donald (Helen) Marker all of Steubenville; two daughters Theresa (Jerry) Haynes of Germano, OH and Pauline Marker of Steubenville; ten grandchildren, thirty one great grandchildren, eight great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 3-6 pm at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home Thursday at 10 am, Pastor Dorman Mader will officiate. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery.
