Penny Crawford 49 of Steubenville, died Sunday a Trinity West. She was born July 5, 1974 to Harold and Shirley Crawford.
Surviving are her siblings, Harold and Elizabeth Crawford.
Services will be private and burial will be at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
