BETTY CLARK
Betty E. Clark, 92, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2024 in Marysville, Ohio. She was born on September 27, 1931 in Akron, Ohio a daughter of the late Lawrence & Genevieve Graham Cole. She was a member of Starkdale Presbyterian Church; Wintersville Garden Club and retired from Jefferson County Health Dept. Preceding Betty in death were her husband William S. Clark on June 4, 2012; grandson George L. Spillers, Jr.; great granddaughter Alexandria Jabo; great great granddaughter Ivy Huggins; siblings Arjanta George Mansfield, Donna G. Lewis and Dick Cole.
Betty is survived by her children Nancy (George) Spillers, Sandra Snodgrass, Michael (Peggy) Ruthem and Donald (Lisa) Ruthem; 11 grandchildren, 31 great and 7 great-great grandchildren. and sister Audrey (Richard) Poole.
Friends may call at Starkdale Church, 4600 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville, Ohio on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. with Rev. Dr. G. Carl Moore officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery.
