KAY CHASE
Kay Lavughn Crawford Chase, 83 of Follansbee, WV passed away November 7, 2023, at Brightwood Center, Follansbee, WV.
She was born May 24, 1940, in Wheeling, WV to the late Bernard and Junelda Churchman Crawford.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Allen Chase who passed in 2016, two brothers Robert and Donald Crawford, and a sister Mildred Crawford.
She is survived by her three sons Ricky A Chase of Beaver, Pa, Calvin Chase (Dena) of North Huntingdon, PA, Wayde Chase (Tammy) of Colliers, WV, two daughters Christina Chase of Follansbee, WV, Charlet Bennett of Wellsburg, WV a brother Bernard “Sonny” Crawford (Wilma) of Wellsburg, WV, eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren also survive.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, November 12, 2023, from 2-4p.m. and 6-8p.m. at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg, WV.
Funeral service will be Monday, November 13, 2023, at 11a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Tim Colvin officiating.
Interment will follow at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, Follansbee, WV.
