ANITA FRAZEE
Anita “Needy” Mae Frazee, 61, of East Springfield, Ohio passed away February 11, 2023 at Weirton Medical Center following a stoic battle with metastatic breast cancer. She was born November 8, 1961 to Anthony and Ethel Kowal in Steubenville, Ohio.
Anita is preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Ethel Kowal; her brothers Fred and Anthony Jr., and her sister Katherine.
She is survived by her daughter Brandy Kowal; her granddaughter Josalyn Waters; her sisters Pam Haysler and Mary-Ann (Mark) Merrin; her beloved dog Eddie as well as nephews, a niece, and friends.
Though she was tough on the exterior, she was a selfless soul who would give you the shirt off her back. She was also a proud dog mom to Eddie. She enjoyed taking him on car rides and absolutely adored his companionship.
Per Anita’s wishes, her body will be donated to science without services. She will be forever missed.
