Diana Lynn Foster, 72, of Follansbee, WV, died peacefully on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at her home.
Born on September 16, 1946, in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of the late Donis and Avryl Woodburn.
She is also preceded in death by a sister, Kay Woodburn, three brothers, Floyd, Donnie, and Lonnie Woodburn, and one half-brother; Jack Tomshack.
Diana graduated from Wellsburg High School and spent many years as a homemaker caring for her loving family. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wellsburg. She enjoyed collecting Angels throughout the years.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 23 years, Harry "Butch" Foster at home, six children; Leslie Harding of Follansbee, WV, Lisa (Kevin) Stewart of Wellsburg, WV, Rebecca "Becky" (Danny) Merriner of Follansbee, WV, Billie Jo (Dale) Ratliff of Wellsburg, WV, Louis "Mike" McGowan of North Zulch, TX, and Angie Foster of Wellsburg, WV; 10 grandchildren, Cora Harding, Megan Stewart, Tyler Stewart, Marcail Huggins, Mason Merriner, Layne Jacobsen, Jett McGowan, Sofie McGowan, Wyatt Ratliff, and Waylon Ratliff, and one great granddaughter, Adreann Stewart; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday May 10 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Mullenbach Funeral Home, 669 Main St., Follansbee, WV 26037 and again on Saturday, May 11, from noon until time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. with Pastor Michael Martin officiating.
Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Follansbee, WV.
