SR 152 to close south of Richmond RICHMOND — State Route 152 will close just south of Walnut Ridge Road from Aug. 17-28 for a culvert replacement project. The closure will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. School buses and emergency vehicles will be accommodated during the closure. The detour will use state Route 646 east to state Route 43 north, then return to SR 152. The reverse route will be used for southbound traffic. The project is expected to be completed Aug. 28.
