On Monday at Toronto City Council, Jefferson County Commissioner Eric Timmons presented a county recreation grant to the City in the amount of $12,000.00. The city said is grateful for the funds and plans to use it towards fence work at the Toronto Little League field.

Fort concert postponed STEUBENVILLE — Thursday’s edition of the Fort Steuben Summer Concert Series was postponed, officials said. The New Age Adenas and Out of Eden had been scheduled to perform at 7 p.m. in the Berkman Amphitheater. Paul Zuros, executive director at Historic Fort Steuben, said no make-up date has been set.
