Lawsuits mount over Brooke locker room cameras

WELLSBURG – A total of nine individual lawsuits now have been filed on behalf of female student-athletes who utilized the girls locker rooms at Brooke High School since the start of the new school year. The complaints – filed in Brooke County Circuit Court – seek monetary damages for the students in an amount to be determined at trial, along with interest, court costs and attorney fees.
