NEWELL – The Hancock County Sheriff's Department is investigating a two-vehicle crash near the Ergon refinery, Tuesday, which resulted in one individual trapped within a vehicle. Hancock County 911 received a call from Ergon just after 3 p.m. Tuesday of a two-vehicle crash with entrapment and injuries on W.Va. 2 near the refinery located south of Newell.
