Traffic had to be routed off of a portion of southbound Ohio Route 7 in Steubenville Thursday morning after a tractor trailer carrying a load of coal overturned, spilling its load onto the roadway. By 9:30 a.m., the truck had been lifted back onto its wheels, while another truck was brought in to take its cargo. No injuries were reported.
