Weirton’s summer concert series got underway Friday night, with a performance by Lights Out Presents The Jersey Beach Boys bringing the classic Beach Boys songs coupled with the soulful New Jersey vibes of Frankie Valli to the Weirton Event Center. The series, organized by the City of Weirton, will continue June 5, with Twice As Nice and The Rumors Band. Gates open at 7 p.m., with the show beginning at 8 p.m.
