Nancy Lonetto of Torchbearer Omicron Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi was chosen as Valentine Queen during an event at Bistro 303 in Weirton. Nancy was presented with a yellow rose, gifts and dinner, as well as other presents from chapter members.
