Tornado Warning Issued For Belmont, Jefferson, Harrison Counties
The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning until 1:45 p.m. for Belmont, Jefferson and Harrison counties.
The NWS detected a strong storm near Smithfield that had potential to turn into a tornado heading northeast.
