Recreation board to meet
TORONTO -- Toronto Council and the Toronto school board's joint recreation board will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Karaffa Recreation Center to discuss the upcoming season.
Council budget meetings set
TORONTO -- Toronto Council will hold three meetings at City Hall to discuss the city's pending budget.
Council will meet at 5 p.m. Thursday to discuss enterprise and maintenance and repair funds, at 5 p.m. Feb. 11 to discuss general fund and other accounts, and at 5 p.m. Feb. 13 to discuss any miscellaneous issues.
