City manager search continues

STEUBENVILLE — Round two of Steubenville’s city manager search is set for Monday.

City Council scheduled a special meeting Monday for the second round of candidate interviews. They’ll gather in council chambers at 6 p.m. to open the meeting before moving to the Pugliese Room for the closed-door interviews.

Council also added an economic development committee meeting to the calendar for Tuesday at 6 p.m. On the agenda is a discussion with Jefferson Metropolitan Housing Commission Director Meldoy McClurg and the city’s grant writing consultant.

Council’s regularly scheduled business meeting will follow at 7:30 p.m.
