Special meeting in Mingo

MINGO JUNCTION — Village Council has called a special meeting Monday to address end-of-year budget transfers and union negotiations.

The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the village building, 501 Commercial Street, Mingo Junction.

Knox trustees to meet

TORONTO — The Knox Township trustees will hold their organizational meeting at 6 p.m. Jan. 8 in the township administrative building located at 25 township Road 247, Toronto.

The regular meeting will immediately follow.

Also, the township is announcing it has launched a website. The website is still being worked on, but does currently provide limited information. Beginning in the new year, all announcements such as meetings, road closures, major road repairs and other events will be posted on the homepage. The web address is knoxtwpjeffersonoh.gov
