Hike Toronto offering rides in city

TORONTO — Hike Toronto again is offering rides in an open trailer tonight and Saturday night to see the many Toronto homes that are decorated for Christmas.

The trailers resemble Santa’s sleigh and the North Pole Express, seat up to 12 or 15 people and leave about every 15 minutes starting at 6:15 p.m. from the Toronto High School Red Knights Football Stadium at Third and Myers streets.

The cost is $3 for students and senior citizens and $5 for all other adults. Children 5 and under and accompanied by an adult are admitted free.

Special meeting in Mingo

MINGO JUNCTION — Mingo Junction Village Council has scheduled a special meeting for 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

The meeting was scheduled to discuss litigation.
