Steubenville school board to meet

STEUBENVILLE — The Steubenville Board of Education will hold its regular December meeting at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The meeting will be held at the board office, 611 N. Fourth St.

Traffic Commission meeting canceled

WEIRTON — This month’s regular meeting of the Weirton Traffic Commission, which had been set for 10 a.m. Thursday has been canceled.

The commission’s next scheduled meeting will be at 10 a.m. Jan. 15 in Room 201 of the Weirton Municipal Building.

Monroe Manner water shut-off set

WINTERSVILLE — Due to installation of a new master meter, water will be shut off from approximately 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday.

This outage will affect the residents of the ALP Monroe Manor Apartment complex located on Morningside Drive and Monroe Manor Street. Once service is restored, there will be a 48-hour boil order in effect.
