County Road 15-A closed
STEUBENVILLE -- Jefferson County Road 15-A (Litten Road) has been closed for an embankment stabilization project, officials with the Jefferson County Engineer's Office have announced.
The closure is expected to last until 3 p.m. Friday. No through traffic will be permitted.
