Hancock County school board to meet

NEW CUMBERLAND — The Hancock County Board of Education will meet in special session at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at the John D. Rockefeller IV Career Center.

The agenda includes consideration of the sale of bonds, and related matters, for projects authorized by voters in 2024, and the possible naming of team doctors for Weir High School athletic events.

Jefferson County library board to meet

STEUBENVILLE — The board of trustees for the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County will hold its monthly meeting at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Main Library, located at 407 S. Fourth St. in downtown Steubenville.
