Children enjoyed inflatable attractions that were part of July’s First Fridays on Fourth in downtown Steubenville. The theme of this month’s event was Freedom Friday. The street fair will continue on the first Friday of every month through October. Next month’s event, scheduled to run from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Aug. 2, will carry the theme of Nineties Night.
