The 100th anniversary of family owned-and-operated Naples Steak and Spaghetti House was celebrated at Tuesday’s Steubenville City Council meeting. Mayor Jerry Barilla presented the resolution recognizing the Delatore family’s achievements to Sue Delatore, who owns and manages the restaurant with her children, Lisa and Tom. Naples’ roots can be traced to 1923, when Antonio Delatore and his wife, Christina, started a two-table restaurant, “Delatore’s Restaurant,” in their North Street home. Five generations of Delatores have been involved with the restaurant’s success. — Linda Harris
