The event was organized by Bishop Jermaine V. Moore Sr., presiding prelate of the One Body Covenant Fellowship. Moore said the event was meant as a precursor for the third-annual Holy Convocation, also known as Congress 2023, which began Thursday morning and will offer attendees music, worship and learning. The OBCF also has planned the Steubenville Citywide Eucharistic Liturgy, a multi-denominational worship service, that will be held at First Westminster Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. on Saturday. — Christopher Dacanay
