The Top of West Virginia Convention and Visitors Bureau and Top of West Virginia Arts Council celebrated the opening of the new children's exhibit area Saturday at the Summit Art Gallery, with a reception featuring pieces by local youth who attend Miss Tiffany's Early Childhood Education House. Titled "The Power of Process Art," the exhibit showcases artwork by 12 youth, and will be on display for the next month. — Craig Howell
