10 tiny Taylor Swifts coming to science center

TINY SWIFTS — Tri-State Area residents will have the chance to participate in a scavenger hunt to find 10 tiny Taylor Swifts that will be placed in the Miniature Railroad and Village at the Carnegie Science Friday and Saturday. -- Contributed

PITTSBURGH -- A Taylor Swift Eras Tour-themed scavenger hunt is coming to the Carnegie Science Center Friday and Saturday.

Visitors will have the opportunity to find 10 tiny Swifts hidden throughout the Miniature Railroad and Village exhibition during those two days. Each Swift is dressed to the corresponding 10 albums covered in the Taylor Swift Eras Tour, which is coming to Acrisure Stadium Friday and Saturday.

"She may not fit into the miniature railroad's timeline or aesthetic, but Taylor Swift never goes out of style," said Rosalie Garfinkle, assistant manager of the miniature railroad.

The Tiny Taylor Swift Takeover is included with general admission to the science center.

Visitors will be able to add a ticket to Laser Taylor Swift, showing at 2 p.m. daily in Buhl Planetarium, for a full Swftie experience. Tickets are $6 for Carnegie museums members and $7 for nonmembers.
