Jeremiah Lucas, a child passenger seat safety technician the TEMS Joint Ambulance District, installs one of 23 free car seats that were provided through the Ohio Buckles Buckeyes program and a State Farm Insurance grant secured with the help of Toronto agent Toni Moreland Saturday during a car seat inspection event held Saturday outside Moreland's office. A total of 31 car seats were installed or inspected by Lucas and volunteers trained through the Safe Kids Worldwide organization.
