Preschoolers in the early childhood education program at Jefferson County Joint Vocational School learned about fire safety during Fire Prevention Week. Robert Gaffney, assistant fire chief of the Belvedere Volunteer Fire Department, talked to children while Lainee Harris, a senior ECE student, demonstrated firefighter turnout gear.
