STEUBENVILLE -- A 21-year-old Bloomingdale woman was killed Saturday evening in a single-vehicle accident on county Road 39, Jefferson County sheriff's deputies said.
Courtney Jean Oneill, 105 West Steubenville St., was thrown from her 2005 Jeep Liberty.
Deputies said a Unionport firefighter discovered the wreckage around 10 p.m. Oneill was not wearing a seatbelt, they added.
