NEW CUMBERLAND -- The Hancock County grand jury returned indictments against 24 individuals, the Hancock County Prosecuting Attorney's Office said.
Those indicted are:
¯ Chad Anderson, 38, 4403 Wells St., Weirton, grand larceny; two counts conspiracy.
¯ Eric Davidson, 38, 4100 Labelle Ave., Weirton, grand larceny; two counts fraudulent use of access device.
¯ Robert Allison, 40, 901 Anderson Lane, Weirton, possession of stolen property.
¯ Michael Buffo, 32, 3608 Brightway, Weirton, unlawful assault.
¯ Shawn Owings, 39, 100 Jordan St., Weirton, possession with intent to deliver.
¯ Gloria Sosack, 33, 1009 Riverview St., East Liverpool, conspiracy to commit perjury; perjury.
¯ Katie Ann Smith, 45, 3144 Elm. St., Weirton, two counts possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.
¯ Michael Burton, 42, 677 Congo Arroyo Road, Apt. 4, New Cumberland, four counts possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
¯ Denise Burkett, 49, 169 W. Prospect St., Smithville, Ohio, DUI with bodily injury; five counts attempted malicious assault.
¯ Robert Buckley, 25, 500 Lincoln Ave., Newell, delivery of cocaine.
¯ Brian Chipps, 38, 1384 Kings Creek Road, Weirton, obtaining money by false pretenses.
¯ Myka O'Connor, 39, 180 Hillcrest Road, Weirton, entry of a building other than a dwelling; conspiracy.
¯ James Greathouse, 37, 180 Hillcrest Road, Weirton, entry of a building other than a dwelling; conspiracy.
¯ James Wilson, 54, 1437 Rolling Acres Road, New Cumberland, distributing and exhibiting of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
¯ Tyler Mogyoros, 40, 2570 Kings Creek Road, Weirton, driving while revoked/DUI 3rd; breaking and entering; DUI.
¯ Robert Boyer, 43, 163 McCracken Hill Road, Burgettstown, failure to appear.
¯ Melissa Wilson, 43, 1110 Lincoln Ave., Apt. A, Steubenville, shoplifting third offense.
¯ Jonaka Wallace, 25, Steubenville, drug delivery resulting in death; delivery of cocaine.
¯ Brian Mozingo, 36, 218 Emerson Ave., Weirton, wanton endangerment involving firearm; destruction of property.
¯ Delleon Brand, 25, 490 S. Fifth St., Steubenville, wanton endangerment involving a firearm.
¯ Trestian Mixter, 53, 613 Harrison St., Newell, strangulation; domestic battery.
