The management and staff of the Steubenville Lowe's Home Improvement store expressed their thanks to all first responders and staff working at essential businesses during the pandemic with a banner designed by Natalie Rees, a Weirton native working as an art teacher in Huntersville, N.C. and produced by PS Marketing. With the banner are, from left: assistant managers Jenny Vaughan and Dave Rees, Natalie's father, who recruited her for the project; and Ed Wanat, store manager. Wanat said the store has donated masks, gloves and other materials to emergency departments on both sides of the Ohio River and to local restaurants as well as providing masks for their employees and their family members.
