Some cry foul over WVDOH repaving lot at Hancock County garage in New Manchester

Some residents of Brooke and Hancock counties are crying foul after it was learned the West Virginia Division of Highways had recently repaved one of its parking lots despite saying there is no money to repair state roads. The site in question is the Hancock County garage on state Route 8 in New Manchester. The DOH did not respond to requests for comment.
