Lynette Dausch, the new Harrison County Agriculture Society president, presents Tim Tanner, county Extension educator for 4-H youth development and CED, with a plaque recognizing his 11 years of service to 4-H members and clubs in the county. There were 18 clubs under Tanner’s direction. Tanner, who will be going to South Dakota, started a cooking competition and 4-H window decorating contest as part of Ohio 4-H Week.
