MINGO JUNCTION -- A poker run and benefit for businesswoman and resident Christina Bunting Mains is set for today.
Four years ago Mains was diagnosed with stage one breast cancer and was in remission for a couple years until late last year when she was diagnosed with another form of a more aggressive breast cancer.
The poker run will begin at Rutt's Cross Creek Tavern with breakfast being served at 10 a.m. Bike registration will begin at 11 a.m. First bike out will be at noon.
The benefit at the Townhouse will begin at 3 p.m. and will include a corn hole tournament, Texas Hold'em Poker, Chinese auction, and a 50/50 drawing. Chris fight club T-shirts will be available as well as bracelets and can koozies.
Admission to the Townhouse benefit will be $10 and include the meal.
