Steubenville school board to meet STEUBENVILLE — The Steubenville Board of education will hold its regular September meeting at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday in the board offices at 611 N. Fourth St. The time is a change from the normal 6 p.m. because of a scheduling conflict.
