Steubenville Police Cold wave: A man was seen sleeping near Seventh Street Plaza, Thursday. Police said they had to advise him to "gather his things and find somewhere else to stay." Items recovered, man charged: A black backpack with an individual's personal papers and an iPad inside was stolen from a car in the 500 block of Washington Street, Wednesday. The owner had placed air tags in the backpack and on the iPad and was able to track the location of the stolen items, so they were able to recover both of the missing items.
