No more warnings: A Ridge Avenue resident was cited after police were called to his residence twice in less than an hour because his party guests were making too much noise, Sunday. Police said they'd warned Dominic Doyle, 21, 1609 Ridge Avenue, he would be cited if they had to return, and he advised "he would get everyone to leave and call it a night." Forty-five minutes later another complaint came in and when police arrived, they said several people "were being loud on the front porch." Police said Doyle told them he'd been "trying to get everyone to leave but they will not," so they pointed out it's been "an ongoing issue with the same house every weekend" and cited Doyle for loud radio
Juvenile crime: Two juveniles were taken into custody after employees at Wal-Mart reported they tried to leave the store with merchandise valued at more than $85, Saturday. Employees believe the pair also stole merchandise valued at $43 on Friday.
Walk in: A Canterbury Boulevard resident said a friend of his girlfriend showed up at their residence unannounced and "began going through things in the residence," Saturday. He said the friend had been in an accident, so his girlfriend took her phone for safekeeping while she was at the hospital, but the friend was discharged and took a cab to their residence and started rooting through their possessions. He claimed his girlfriend's medication was missing, but her friend denied having taken anything. Police said she agreed to let them search her and they didn't find anything.
Creepy vibe: Three girls walking in Fort Steuben Park flagged police down because they thought a man wearing all black with his hood up was following them, Saturday. He told police he was just checking on the girls to see if they were OK. The girls said he didn't say anything to them but he was following them, walking strangely. Police stood with the man while the girls walked away and then told him to stay away from them.
False alarm: Someone reported hearing a woman inside a residence in the 1600 block of Oregon Avenue yelling for help, but the female resident told police "she was asleep and everything was OK."
Break in: A resident moving out of a McKinley Avenue property said someone entered it when she wasn't there, Friday. She said the heat and electric are turned off so she hadn't been there for several weeks and when she came back to get more of her things discovered the back door and a window had been broken and noticed her TV and some clothing were stolen missing.
Oopsies: Employees at the midtown Dollar Tree said they confronted a woman seen concealing items on her person and she argued with them, then "began dropping the merchandise on the floor" before fleeing, Saturday.

Cited: Terry S. Moran, 67, 931 Sheffield Ave., Steubenville, stop sign and expired registration Saturday after a two-car collision at the intersection of John Scott Highway Extension at Kingston. Also, Benjamin Thomas James, 21, 1609 Ridge Ave., Steubenville, speeding; Tanna S. Saunders, 19, 2623 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville, no operator's license; Nicole Demitras, no age or address listed, failure to reinstate driver's license after a fender-bender with no injuries or apparent damage Saturday in the Walmart lot.

Issues: A Dover resident was taken into custody on multiple charges after a Yorkville resident reported seeing a female motorist hit a parked car and then try to run a pedestrian down, Thursday. Deputies said they charged Tashay Cornell, 23, with burglary, criminal damaging, aggravated assault and obstruction of business. The caller had said he saw her black Camaro drive past a Heiland Avenue residence, then it circled back and hit a car belonging to the homeowner. Deputies said a woman at the Heiland Avenue residence told them the motorist walked into her house uninvited and "started screaming for her dog that her ex keeps there" and said she had to physically hold Cornell back "because she was trying to run through her house, looking for the dog."
