She said she'd picked up a new copy of the title a month ago. The male said he purchased the vehicle from the woman and she'd signed the title over to him but was unable to register it under his own name "due to his current status with unpaid fines, infractions and other BMV-blocked issues" and produced a title to the vehicle showing she'd signed it over. She said the flowers planted in front of her porch are the only things damaged so far.
