Cited: Johnny L. Vehicle vandalism: A vehicle in the 2900 block of Whitehaven Boulevard was entered and ransacked and its catalytic converter was damaged Wednesday night.

Theft: Two city-issued trash cans were reported taken Friday.

Utility theft: A resident of North Sixth Street reported a neighbor was stealing electricity by plugging extension cords into her exterior outlets.

Property damage: A visitor to the Schiappa Library failed to leave her vehicle in park, causing it to roll into and damage a fence Friday afternoon.

Counterfeit bill: A fake $10 bill was discovered at a Steubenville business.

Possible overdose: A person was found unresponsive in a Market Street apartment, administered Narcan and transported to Trinity Medical Center Friday.

Shot fired: A report of a shot fired in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue Friday evening was investigating and nothing found.

Theft: Jewelry was reported taken from a home in the 200 block of North Street.

Driver in trouble: A city officer assisted an inexperienced driver stuck in the snow in the 600 block of Franklin Avenue Saturday night and followed her until she reached home.

Property damage: A small window of a home in the 100 block of North Fourth Street was found broken Saturday but no entry was gained.

Assault: A woman said a woman known to her rammed her vehicle with her own in the lower lot of Market Street Apartments Saturday night.

Arrested: Jacob Diloretto, 26, 142 county Road 11, Dillonvale, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, Saturday.

Arrested: Chad Stewart, 30, Bergholz, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, Sunday.

Theft: A semiautomatic pistol was reported taken from a vehicle near state Route 213 in Island Creek Township Thursday morning.
