Burglary: A television was reported stolen Monday from a residence in the 1000 block of state Route 142A in Cadiz. The back door was found to be open and several guns in the home were tampered with, according to police reports.
Theft: Two gold diamond rings worth an estimated $3,000 were reported stolen Monday from a residence in the 2100 block of Bantam Ridge Road in Wintersville. One ring was described as white gold with a large diamond in the center and smaller diamonds surrounding it. The other ring was yellow gold with slanted cuts in the band and small diamonds placed in the cuts, according to police reports. Residents reported no signs of forced entry.
