POLICE BEAT Steubenville Police Pointing fingers: A woman in the 100 block of Langley Avenue told police her husband was causing a disturbance, but when they arrived at her home Friday she “insisted (their) assistance was no longer needed.” She and her husband both said she’d been arguing with a sister-in-law, but the sister-in-law had left so police were no longer needed.
