Police Beat STEUBENVILLE POLICE MIA: A teenager reported his 3-year-old brother missing Friday from the 900 block of Woodlawn. He said they were staying with his grandmother for the summer and said they’d gone to Belleview Park, but when they returned grandma was gone and the house was locked so he went into the backyard to answer nature’s call and when he returned he couldn’t find his brother.
