Police Beat STEUBENVILLE POLICE Woman injured, charges filed: A motorcyclist was taken into custody Sunday after he allegedly lost control of his bike and crashed in the 2600 block of Sunset Boulevard, injuring his female passenger. Police Beat STEUBENVILLE POLICE Scary stuff: A city resident told police last week her juvenile child had been violent with siblings and has been spitting on family members. The juvenile's mother said there had been a prior incident involving an overdose and the child has also "killed animals and was causing harm to the family's pets."
