New Cumberland has announced the Yard of the Month winner for September. The winning yard belongs to Sara and James Springer, who reside on Second Ave. Mayor Will White presented the award and a check along with the yard of the month sign. The sign will remain in their yard until the next winner is selected for October. Thank you to everyone who participates in keeping our small town beautiful, city officials said.
