The Rotary Club of Weirton was visited, Wednesday, by Joe Carr, distribution center manager for Premium Guard, a producer of after-market automotive filters and other supplies which located a distribution center in Weirton in June 2025. The Weirton facility, located on Park Drive, currently employs 60 people, with plans to grow to more than 100 over the next year.
