An automated electronic defibrillator was presented to the Shelter on Sixth before Monday’s open house by the Craig A. Petrella Memorial Foundation. On hand for the presentation were, from left, Tom Andrews, CEO of the Community Action Agency of Columbiana County; Andrew Henry, Jefferson County health commissioner; and Steubenville Mayor Ralph Petrella, son of the late former city councilman.
